AKG Exim to migrate to NSE Main Board

AKG Exim got the approval from its Board to shift the company listing from the NSE EMERGE platform to NSE main board.

The Board of Directors of AKG Eximin a meeting held on 21st October, 2020, considered and approved the proposal of migration of the company from NSE EMERGE platform to NSE Main Board.

In August 2018, AKG Eximissued 17.80lacs equity shares at the value of Rs.31 per equity share (face value of Rs.10 and premium of Rs. 21 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 551.80 lacs.

Currently, trading price of the script of AKG Eximis Rs.69.20 per equity share at the NSE main board (26th Oct, 2020).
