Dhanuka Realty marked standalone Rs.9.68 lacs HY2-2019 PAT against Net loss of Rs.36.51 lacs, revenue dips at Rs.52.68 thousand compared to Rs.1.76 lacs in HY2-2018

Standalone profit before and after tax for the company reached Rs.9.68 lacs in HY2 of FY19-20 whereas previous year corresponding period the company incurred post-tax loss of Rs.36.51 lacs.

Standalone loss per share for the current half year is Rs.0.27 as against Rs.0.52 in the previous year corresponding period.

The total standalone earnings at Dhanuka Realty in the financial year 2019-20 was Rs.1.42 lacs whereas previous year it was Rs.2.78 lacs.

The standalone financials for the recently concluded year 2019-20 shows Dhanuka Realty marking a net loss of Rs.9.11 lacs against net loss of Rs.14.93 lacs of previous year.

Following are the consolidated HY2 financial figures of FY2019-20 at Dhanuka Realty:

• Net profit reached Rs.3.54 lacs whereas preceding year corresponding period it was net loss of Rs.1.45 crore.

• Loss before tax stands at Rs.31.27 lacs as compared to post-tax loss of Rs.1.80 crore in a year ago period.

• Total revenue earned is Rs.1.67crore showing a decline against Rs.5.60 crore in the previous year same period.

• EPS was Rs.0.05 while last year same period it was loss of Rs.2.05 per share.

The total consolidated earnings at Dhanuka Realty in the financial year 2019-20 stood at Rs.4.15 crore against last years Rs.16.49 crore.

The net loss for FY19-20 was Rs.1.06 crore whereas previous year it was Rs.1.17 crore.
