Global Education announced that the Board of directors declares final dividend of Rs.1.50 per equity share, for the FY2019-20

The company published consolidated and standalone results for the year ended 31st March 2020

Following are the standalone and consolidated HY2 financial facts of Global Education:

• Net profit stood at Rs.4.68 crore whereas preceding year same period it was Rs.2.56 crore

• Earnings per share was Rs.18.87.

• Revenue reached Rs.14.66 crore while in the previous year same period it was Rs.13.10 crore.

By the end of financial year 2019-20, Global Education earned total standalone and consolidated revenue of Rs.28.49 crore against Rs.31.98 crore a year ago. The net profit reached Rs.7.87 crore whereas previous year it was Rs.6.66 crore.
