Maheshwari Logistics - Standalone Q1 loss of Rs.3.32 crore against PAT of Rs.5.08 crore QoQ.

Maheshwari Logistics announced its standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2021 with a fall in profit and revenue margins.

Standalone Revenue for Q1FY21 at Maheshwari Logistics marks a decrease by Rs.125.74 crore in the current financial year of 2020-21.

Following are the standalone financial details of Q1 FY20-21 at Maheshwari Logistics:

- The revenue reached Rs.98.04 crore, whereas last year same period it was Rs.223.78 crore.

- Net loss is Rs.3.32 crore against profit of Rs.5.08 crore in a year ago period.

- Loss per share reached Rs.2.25 as against EPS of Rs.3.43 in previous year, same period.

The standalone net profit for the financial year 2019-20 reached Rs.14.69 crore with a revenue of Rs.760.88 crore and earnings per share of Rs.9.94 at Maheshwari Logistics.

• Total revenue earned is Rs.98.12 crore marking a fall when compared against Rs.224.60 crore in a year ago period.

• Net loss reached Rs.3.30 crore whereas preceding same period it was Rs.5.07 crore.

• Loss per share was Rs.2.23, while last year corresponding period it was earnings of Rs.3.43.

The consolidated net profit for the financial year 2019-20 reached Rs.14.70 crore with revenue of Rs.762.19 crore and earnings per share of Rs.9.94 at Maheshwari Logistics
