Prime Fresh announced its standalone and consolidated HY2 financial result of FY201920 showing jump in revenue and fall in profit margins.

As per the information provided by Prime Fresh, the board has approved its financial results for the half year ended March, 2020

Following are the HY2 standalone financials at Prime Fresh in FY19-20

• The revenue was Rs.28.20 crore as compared to Rs.24.34 crore in the same period a year ago.

• Earnings per share for the current half year was Rs.1.57 while in a year ago period it was Rs.1.71

• Net profit of Rs.54.86 lacs whereas previous year same period it was Rs.59.81lacs

By the end of financial year 2019-20, Prime Fresh earned total standalone revenue of Rs.47.25 crore and PAT stood at Rs.1.62 crore.

Following are the consolidated HY2 financial figures of FY2019-20 at Prime Fresh:

• Total revenue earned is Rs.30.91 crore while previous year same period it was Rs.25.31 crore.

• Earnings per share Rs.1.51 as compared to Rs.1.75 in a year ago period.

• Net profit of Rs.52.78 lacs as against PAT of Rs.61.20 lacs in the corresponding period last year.

The total consolidated revenue at Prime Fresh in the financial year 2019-20 was Rs.49.97 crore and PAT was Rs.1.65 crore.
