Airan- Standalone HY1-FY21 Net profit dips to Rs.79.11 lacs against Rs.2.78 crore in HY1-FY20


Airan – Standalone HY1-FY21 Revenue stood at Rs.26.15 crore against Rs.26.18 crore in HY1-FY20

Airan announced its Standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th Sept 2020.

Following are the Standalone financial details of HY1 FY20-21 atAiran:

- Revenue stood at Rs.26.15 crore whereas in the previous year, same period revenue was Rs.26.18 crore.

- Net profit falls to Rs.79.11 lacs against Rs.2.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

- Earning per share reached Rs.0.06 against Rs.0.22 in a year ago period.

Financials for Standalone Q2 at Airan in FY20-21 are as follows:

- Revenue reached at Rs.15.44 crore while previous year corresponding period it was Rs.13.23 crore.

- Net profit was of Rs. 70.45 lacs against profit of Rs.1.39 crore in a year ago period.

- Earning per share was Rs. 0.06 against Rs. 0.11 in a year ago period.

Standalone annual revenue in FY19-20 reached Rs.58.15 crore with net profit of Rs.6.39 crore and Earning per share was Rs.0.51 at Airan.

Consolidated HY1 and Q2 financials at Airan FY20-21 are as follows:

- HY1 revenue stood at Rs.26.74 crore against Rs. 26.84 crore in a year ago period.

- HY1 profit was Rs. 95.22 lacs against Rs.2.82 crore in the corresponding period, last year.

- HY1 Earning per share was Rs.0.08 against Rs.0.23 in the previous year same period.

- Q2 Revenue reached at Rs. 15.80 crore against Rs.13.52 crore in a year ago period.

- Q2 PAT reached Rs.79.42 lacs against Rs.1.48 crore in the same period last year.

- Q2 EPS was Rs.0.06 against Rs.0.12 in the previous year same period.

By the end of financial year 2019-20, Airan earned consolidated revenue of Rs.59.59 crore with net profit of Rs 6.72 crore and Earning per share of Rs.0.54.
