Focus Lighting and Fixtures – CONSOL Revenue in HY1-FY21 stood at Rs.15.98 crore against Rs.50.81 crore in HY1-FY20.

Focus Lighting and Fixtures announced its standalone and consolidated financials for the half year ended on 30thSeptember, 2020 suffering a post-tax loss as compared to a year ago period.

Following are the standalone financial figures for the HY1-FY2021 at Focus Lighting and Fixtures:

- Net loss was of Rs.93.91 lacs against profit Rs.3.10 crore in a year ago period.

- Revenue stood at Rs.13.77 crore whereas last year corresponding period it was Rs.46.54 crore.

- Loss per share was Rs.0.93 against Earning per share of Rs.9 in the previous year, same period.

By the end of financial year 2019-20, standalone total revenue Focus Lighting and Fixtures reached Rs.90.61 crore against Rs.110.48 crore a year ago. PAT for FY20 was Rs.4.24 crore while last year it was Rs. 9.73 crore. Standalone Earning per Share was Rs.4 against Rs. 29 last year.

Following are the consolidated financial figures for the HY1-FY2021 at Focus Lighting and Fixtures:

- Net loss of Rs.1.95 crore against PAT of Rs.2.07 crore in a year ago period.

- Revenue reached Rs.15.98 crore while previous year same period it was Rs.50.81 crore

- Loss per share was Rs.1.92 against EPS of Rs.6 in the corresponding period previous year.

The consolidated revenue in FY20 reached Rs.99.93 crore against Rs.121.75 crore last year. FY20 PAT was Rs.2.29 crore while previous year it was Rs.9.75 crore. EPS for FY2019-20 was Rs.2 against Rs.29 last year.
