Laxmi Cotspin to migrate to NSE Main Board

Laxmi Cotspin got the approval from its Board to shift the company listing from the NSE EMERGE platform to NSE main board.

The Board of Directors of Laxmi Cotspin at a meeting held on 20th May, 2021, considered and approved the proposal of migration of the company from NSE EMERGE platform to NSE Main Board.

In March , 2017, Laxmi Cotspin issued 48 lacs equity shares at the value of Rs.20 per equity share, (at offer price) aggregating to Rs.960 lacs.

The IPO opened on March 17, 2017, and closed on March 22, 2018.

Laxmi Cotspin Limited is a Government of India recognized Star Export House, manufacturing 100% Cotton Yarn, Cotton Bales, and Cotton Seed. The Factory is located in the cotton growing area of Marathwada and Vidharbha region at Samangaon
