Loyal Equipments – Standalone HY1-FY21 Revenue reached at Rs.12.59 crore against Rs.10.86 crore in HY1-FY20

Loyal Equipments announced its Standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th Sept 2020.

Following are the Standalone financial details of HY1 FY20-21 at Loyal Equipments:

- Revenue reached at Rs.12.59 crore whereas in the previous year, same period revenue was Rs.10.86 crore.

- Net profit rises to Rs.1.35 crore against Rs.32.58 lacs in the corresponding period last year.

- Profit per share was Rs.1.33 against EPS of Rs.0.32 in a year ago period.

Financials for Standalone Q2 at Loyal Equipments in FY20-21 are as follows:

- Revenue was Rs.4.82 crore while previous year corresponding period it was Rs.7.98 crore.

- Net profit was of Rs.21.03 lacs against profit of Rs.19.49 lacs in a year ago period.

- Earning per share was Rs.0.21 against profit of Rs.0.19 per share in a year ago period.

Standalone annual revenue in FY19-20 reached Rs.33.64 crore with net profit of Rs.2.87 crore and Earning per share was Rs.2.81 at Loyal Equipments.

Consolidated HY1 and Q2 financials at Loyal Equipments in FY20-21 are as follows:

- HY1 revenue reached at Rs.13.01 crore against Rs.10.86 crore in a year ago period

- HY1 profit was Rs.1.35 crore against Rs.32.58 lacs in the corresponding period, last year

- HY1 Earning per share was Rs.1.33 against Rs.0.32 in the previous year same period

- Q2 Revenue reached at Rs.5.08 crore against Rs.7.98 crore in a year ago period.

- Q2 PAT was Rs.2.10 crore against Rs.19.49 lacs in the same period last year.

- Q2 EPS was Rs.0.21 against Rs.0.19 in the previous year same period.

By the end of financial year 2019-20, Loyal Equipments earned consolidated revenue of Rs.34.16 crore with net profit of Rs.2.87 crore and Earning per share of Rs.2.81.
