Nandani Creation - Standalone HY1-FY21 PAT shrinks to Rs.36.79 lac against Rs.78.61 lacs in HY1-FY20

Nandani Creation - HY1-FY21 Earning per share was Rs.0.45 against Rs.1.07 in HY1-FY20.

Nandani Creation announced its standalone and consolidated financials for the half year ended on 30thSeptember, 2020 marking a fall in post-tax gain as compared to a year ago period.

Following are the standalone financial figures for the HY1-FY2021 at Nandani Creation:

- Net profit falls to Rs.36.79 lacs against Rs.78.61 lacs in a year ago period.

- Revenue stood at Rs.22.13 crore whereas last year corresponding period it was Rs.23.27 crore.

- Earning per share reached at Rs.0.45 against Rs.1.07 in the previous year, same period.

By the end of financial year 2019-20, standalone total revenue at Nandani Creation reached Rs. 43.74 crore. PAT for FY20 was Rs. 74.17 lacs and EPS was Rs.0.99.

Following are the consolidated financials at Nandani Creation in HY1-FY20-21:

- PAT falls to Rs.39.03 lacs against of Rs.81.68 lacs in a year ago period.

- Revenue stood at Rs.22.67 crore against Rs.25.21crore in the same period a year ago.

- EPS stood at Rs.0.47 against Rs.1.23 per share in the corresponding period previous year.

By the end of FY19-20, consolidated revenue at Nandani Creation reached Rs.47.09 crore. Annual PAT was Rs.85.22 lacs and Earning per share was Rs.1.14.
