Narayani Steels announced its Standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th Sept 2020.

Following are the Standalone financial details of HY1 FY20-21 at Narayani Steels:

- Revenue stood at Rs.46.42 crore whereas in the previous year, same period revenue was of Rs. 245.87 crore.

- Net loss was Rs.10.63 crore against loss of Rs.5.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

- Loss per share was Rs.9.75 against loss of Rs.4.95 per share in a year ago period.

Financials for Standalone Q2 at Narayani Steels in FY20-21 are as follows:

- Net loss dips to Rs.5.71 crore against loss of Rs.5.94 crore in a year ago period.

- Revenue stood at Rs. 26.87 crore while previous year corresponding period it was Rs.81.51 crore.

- Loss per share was Rs.5.24 against loss of Rs.5.46 per share in a year ago period.

Standalone annual revenue of the company in FY19-20 reached Rs.362.36 crore with net loss of Rs.31.31 crore and Loss per share was Rs.28.71 at Narayani Steels.

Consolidated HY1 and Q2 financials at Narayani Steels in FY20-21 are as follows:

- HY1 revenue reached Rs.46.42 crore against Rs. 245.87 crore in a year ago period

- HY1 Net loss was Rs.10.63 crore against loss of Rs.5.38 crore in the corresponding period, last year

- HY1 loss per share was Rs.9.75 against Rs.5.76 in the previous year same period

- Q2 Revenue stood at Rs. 26.87 crore against Rs.81.51 crore in a year ago period.

- Q2 Net loss dips to Rs.5.71 crore against loss of Rs.5.94 crore in the same period last year.

- Q2 loss per share was Rs.5.24 while last year corresponding period it was loss of Rs.5.46 per share.

By the end of financial year 2019-20, Narayani Steels earned consolidated revenue of Rs.362.36 crore with net loss of Rs.32.02 crore and Loss per share of Rs.29.35.
