R & B Denims announced its Standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th Sept 2020.

Following are the Standalone financial details of HY1 FY20-21 at R & B Denims:

- Revenue stood at Rs.33.02 crore whereas in the previous year, same period revenue was Rs. 136.48 crore.

- Net loss was Rs.2.19 crore against profit of Rs.1.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.

- Loss per share was Rs.1.57 against Earning of Rs.1.35 per share in a year ago period.

Financials for Standalone Q2 at R & B Denims in FY20-21 are as follows:

- Net loss was Rs.13.21 lacs against Profit of Rs.1.23 crore in a year ago period.

- Revenue stood at Rs. 32.09 crore while previous year corresponding period it was Rs.67.10 crore.

- Loss per share was Rs.0.09 against Earning of Rs.0.88 per share in a year ago period.

Standalone annual revenue of the company in FY19-20 reached Rs.258.35 crore with net profit of Rs 3.29 crore and EPS was Rs.2.35 at R & B Denims.

Consolidated HY1 and Q2 financials at R & B Denims in FY20-21 are as follows:

- HY1 revenue reached Rs.35.09 crore against Rs. 134.82 crore in a year ago period

- HY1 loss was Rs.2.40 crore against profit of Rs.2.02 crore in the corresponding period, last year

- HY1 Loss per share was Rs.1.72 against EPS of Rs.1.45 in the previous year same period

- Q2 Revenue stood at Rs. 33.55 crore against Rs.66.16 crore in a year ago period.

- Q2 PAT reached Rs.0.61 lacs against profit of Rs.1.35 crore in the same period last year.

- Q2 EPS was Rs.0.004 per share against EPS of Rs.0.97 in the previous year same period

By the end of financial year 2019-20, R & B Denims earned consolidated revenue of Rs.257.20 crore with net profit of Rs.3.49 crore and Earning per share of Rs.2.50.
