Board of Directors at Ratnabhumi Developers considered and approved the migration of the company listing from BSE SME platform to the main board of Bombay Stock Exchange.

In November, 2017, Ratnabhumi Developers Services issued 37lacs equity shares at the value of Rs.63 per equity share, (face value of Rs. 10 each and premium of Rs. 53 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 2331lacs.

The IPO opened on December 04, 2017 and closed on December 06,2017
