- Net profit was Rs.2.67 crore against Rs.1.32 crore in a year ago period.

- Earning per share was Rs. 1.96 against Rs.0.97 in a year ago period.

Standalone financials for the 9 months period ended on 31st December 2020 at Chand Logistic Solutions are as follows:

- PAT stood at Rs.1.25 crore against Rs.5.01 crore in a year ago period

- Revenue reached Rs.72.50 crore whereas in the last year same period it was Rs.80.52 crore.

- EPS was at 0.92 against Rs.4.41 in the corresponding period previous year

Standalone annual revenue in FY19-20 reached Rs.115.11crore with net profit of Rs.7.96crore and Earning per share was Rs. 5.84 at Tara Chand Logistic Solutions.
